Jo has been coaching clients to reach their personal best in the fields of fitness, nutrition and lifestyle and in areas where her one to one approach achieves the best results, for over 10 years; she backs up the ability to inspire others to meet their own personal bests with qualifications/experience in personal training, nutrition and lifestyle counselling, pilates, yoga, meditation and Indian Head massage. Jo regularly trains a series of high profile business personalities.

Jo was initially based in Hong Kong, personal training at the American Club and with private clients in Singapore, Tokyo and other Asian destinations; returning to the UK in 1999 she added Pilates, yoga, meditation and Indian head Massage to her qualifications and experience; she then started uniquely combining her expertise to create tailor-made training programmes for her clients both in London and abroad. Jo currently works with the Mandarin Hyde Park Hotel in Knightsbridge, the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington and privately within client’s homes in London and overseas.

Uniquely different from most other trainers Jo has an uncanny awareness of understanding not only where you want to get to (and how to get you there) but also where and why you may be stuck in your life; her purpose is simply to help you move forward, enjoy the process and to help you achieve your goals.

As one of her clients you are always treated uniquely and guided to reach your full potential. At times she may recommend you to see other experts in London, whose work she knows and trusts explicitly, if she believes their work is beneficial for your wellbeing.

In her words: ‘Everybody can achieve their goals… but many so often don’t.

With the right support, expertise and commitment and through simple changes to diet, lifestyle and thought processes’ however… the picture changes; a strong, energetic, goal orientated and disease-fighting environment within starts to emerge’.

Simply put… we become:
